Greetings FRC Team Mentor,

You are receiving this email because we did not receive any confirmation that your robot shipped on February 17 per the 2009 FRC Rules.  If your team already sent confirmation, it was not received by FIRST.

Failure to provide shipping verification could result in disqualification of your team for the 2009 season.  Please send us proof of your robot shipment immediately to prevent any delays. 

You can satisfy this requirement by either attaching appropriate proof to an email and replying at jrobinson@usfirst.org (preferred) or by faxing to 1-603-666-3907 Attn: Jinnel/Team Support.  All documents must state your team number clearly.  Appropriate documents to prove on-time shipment can be found in section 4.10 (page 11) of the 2009 Manual here: http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/4%20-%20Robot%20Transportation,%20Rev%20C.pdf.
