8-9 pm	Evening Activities “Jeopardy” for Leaders! Collect Questions/Ideas for Sat. sessions
	SATURDAY, MAY 16
8:30-9:30	Breakfast (Coffee & Doughnuts)
9:30-10:30	Session 1 (includes open discussion about last year’s team summit/kickoff/regional competition—identify areas that need improving/identify things done well)
10:45-11:45	Session 2 (role of adults on FIRST team, identifying and recruiting mentors) “best practices” by veteran team leaders; - other topics
12-1pm	Lunch
1:15-2:15	Session 3 (setting a yearly budget / identifying & recruiting sponsors); - Team development “best practices” by veteran team leaders; - other topics
