Dear teams,

 

1. By now you should have called FedEx and schedule your crate for pickup next Monday or Tuesday (16-17 February). When you fill out one (1) of your FedEx bill of lading put the address below (Shepard Exposition Services address) for the “Consignee” (ship to)”Drayage site address”.

 

 

2. When you’re ready to label your crate, you may want to use the attached “fill in the blank” pdf form modified by Fletcher HS team 2330 so you can type in your team number in large numbers. Also don’t forget to attach the pro number to the label/crate in six (6) locations (See attached “firstshipping” instructions that came with your FedEx documents).
