FW: Travel

 

As a first cut, I think that I am hearing that Kenny will take the KTC van with tools, parts and 2 or 3 students up Wednesday night for the uncrating on Thursday morning. 

 

Since only a couple of people can get in and work on early Thursday morning, the rest of us should leave from Idabel early Thursday morning?  The questions now are who travels when and what vehicles?

Can you plan when to leave and who to take and coordinate with Alan on hotel rooms needed for that night?  Does anybody have a suggestion about meals?

 

The kids still need to get the money from SetCo. I have not set up the bank account yet becasue I have to file for a tax id #.  Cheryl, do you think you could help me with that?  It's just a matter of filling out a form and getting a response.
