Money due

Again, sorry for the late reminder.

 

At the parent meeting we covered the necessity of students paying a deposit of $20.00 with which to secure a room.  By paying a deposit, we will get a solid headcount of who will be attending and who will not.  If you are planning on going to the OK City Regional and have not paid your deposit, take it to David White's room by Friday.  He will keep a list of who has paid and who has not.  The money will be returned to you for meals on the trip.  If you pay a deposit and cannot go, your money will not be refunded.  It will be used to help defray expenses on the hotel room you didn't use. If there is a problem paying the deposit, communicate with Mr. White and we will try to work things out.
